Having suffered from anxiety for many many years, I am completely sympathetic to those of you who are still on the healing path. I too, am on the healing path and have found some very soothing poses and techniques along the way to help calm the tightness in my chest, the pain in my neck and shoulders, and the worry and constant angst that accompanies the many symptoms of anxiety.
